What if I need a roommate?

If you selected a double room and did not select a roommate you will be paired with someone from our group.


What's included in the price?

Daily workouts, 3 meals a day, accommodations for 5 days/4 nights, transfers to/from the airport, selected tours and activities, sweat & serenity shirt, gift bag, an unforgettable experience and more!


Are flights included?

No. Flights are not included. Once you book your flight please submit flight information so we can successfully arrange your airport transfer.

Cancellation policy

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc.), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers, hotels and activities. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

Is my trip refundable?

Processing fees are nonrefundable.

Trips are transferrable. Email [email protected] with the first name, last name and email address of participant you wish to transfer.

If you cancel within 90 days of the trip you will receive credit of the cost toward another Sweat & Serenity fitness retreat.

No refunds will be issued within 60 days of the trip.

What if the retreat is cancelled?

In the unforeseen circumstance that WE have to cancel the retreat you will receive a full refund of payments made. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for flight arrangements or any other travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that Sweat & Serenity must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund - it will depend on receiving a refund from the venue we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase trip insurance. Travel insurance can protect you in case:

  • emergency accident & sickness medical expense
  • emergency evacuation & repatriation
  • baggage & personal effects
  • trip cancellation
  • accidental death
