What if I need a roommate?
If you selected a double room and did not select a roommate you will be paired with someone from our group.
What's included in the price?
Daily workouts, 3 meals a day, accommodations, transfers to/from the airport, selected excursions and activities, Sweat & Serenity gift bag, and an unforgettable experience and more!
Are flights included?
Flights are not included. Once you book your flight please submit flight information so we can successfully arrange your airport transfer.

Cancellation policy
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. To protect yourself further, we STRONGLY encourage you opt in for purchase protection at checkout.
Is my trip refundable?
Purchase protection allows you to receive a refund for approved circumstances.

What if the retreat is cancelled?
In the unforeseen circumstance that WE have to cancel the retreat you will receive a full refund of payments made. We cannot reimburse you for flight arrangements or any other travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that Sweat & Serenity must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund - it will depend on receiving a refund from the venue we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase trip insurance. Travel insurance can protect you in case:
